8:30-9:15 am Sundays in the Library Jan 17-Feb 28
Led by Steve Eulberg, MDiv, MMusEd
The witnesses to the life of Jesus were dying and the author of the Gospel of Luke set out to provide “an orderly account” of those events so they wouldn’t be forgotten when the first witnesses were gone. Theophilus (literally “lover of God”) is the intended reader. We will explore the themes that this gospel emphasizes and make connections with our daily life, and prepare ourselves for the readings in worship, which are drawn from this book throughout the coming year. Join us anytime you can!
